We are located in Jacksonville, Florida.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once you have hit 'Place Order' at checkout. This includes:
Changing the item.
Delivery/billing addresses
Changing your order's items and shipping method.
However, once the item has been delivered, you can begin the return process.
My address is incorrect on my order; how can I change it?
Unfortunately, we cannot change an address with the courier after the order is placed; however, you may be able to update your delivery preferences with the courier by contacting them directly.
If your order is unable to be delivered for any reason, the courier will return it to us, and you will be refunded automatically once the parcel arrives in our warehouse. You can monitor your tracking information for updates.
Why haven't I received my refund?
If you've returned your item but are still waiting for a refund, we understand how frustrating it is, but there could be a variety of reasons...
Delivery times back to our warehouse can range from a few days to approximately 20 days, depending on your country of origin and the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s)
How do I check the status of my return?
In the first instance, we'd recommend checking your return tracking (if the courier you chose to return your items with provided one) and looking for an update stating it's been 'Returned', 'Delivered', 'Returned To Warehouse', or something similar. This means that the item(s) have returned to the warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team within 7 days. Sit tight, and we will contact you via email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
Once processed, your refund may take up to 5 days to appear in your account after being released by your bank.
Is the address on my package the return address?
The address on your package is not the return address you should use. Please send an email to returns@amzus.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. You can find more details about the return policy here.

Why was my order split into multiple packages?
Items in your order may be shipped separately to speed delivery. Most items can be processed in 1-3 days, but some take longer.
If the total weight exceeds courier weight limits, your order may be split into multiple packages.
