Return Policy

Thank you for choosing amzus.com . We strive to provide you with the best products and services possible. However, we understand that there may be times when a return or refund is required.

Please obtain return authorization by contacting us and providing the following information: the nature of the problem, the customer name, and the item(s) to be returned, prior to returning a product.  Shortly after the return is received, a refund will be issued, minus any applicable return shipping costs.

Amzus will accept returns of

  • DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
  • Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
  • The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
  • Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
  • Amzus credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.

A Return Authorization number is required for any eligible returns.
Once submitted, you will get a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions along with an email confirmation. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes. Some return reasons will require a photo submission, please submit clear photos showing the issue.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Amzus will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.

- If any orders are refused/ returned to sender, any charges incurred to amzus will be deducted from the customers refund.

- All items must be in their original condition;  unused, with the return tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team.
- Returns are to be sent within 28 days of delivery

- Please ensure all international returns are marked as "return of goods". If the reason for return is marked incorrectly and amzus receives any customs/duties charges, the charge amount will be deducted from your refund.
If you don't have your invoice to hand, please write your order number, name, address, whether you’d like a refund or replacement and the issue with the item(s) on a piece of paper and enclosed with your return.
A Return Authorization number is required for any eligible returns.

Mattress Return Policy: Mattresses are non-returnable if opened or taken out of their plastic wrapping.

Orders that are damaged or defective  Kindly decline delivery if your order appears to be incorrect, defective, or damaged.  You will have the choice to either cancel the order for a full refund or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost if delivery is refused by the shipper.  In the event that your order is delivered with concealed damage, please inform us urgently.  Please send a comprehensive description of the damages or defects, as well as any supplementary supporting documents, such as part numbers and images, to returns@amzus.com.  Upon receipt of this information, we will submit a claim to the manufacturer or shipper on your behalf. You will be granted the choice of receiving a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping on everything we sell.  This includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.
 Most items will ship within 1-2 days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground.
 Some large items, like sofas and heavy beds, will ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY via YRC shipping, ABF freight, RLcarriers, or another freight carrier (customer is responsible for bringing order inside and setting up).
 Some of our items ship "Signature Required," so someone may need to be present to sign for the order upon delivery.
 We cannot ship to the following locations:  Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico
