*** We are currently unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
Processing Time:
It may take 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.
Please be advised that the processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Shipping Policy:
We offer free shipping on everything we sell. This includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.
Most items will ship within 1-3 days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground. Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days, depending on the destination. However, delivery for large or heavy items may take 10-15 business days.
Some large items, like sofas and heavy beds, will ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY via YRC shipping, ABF freight, RL carriers, or another freight carrier (customer is responsible for bringing order inside and setting up).
Some of our items ship "Signature Required," so someone may need to be present to sign for the order upon delivery.
We cannot ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico
While we provide free shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly received product.
Address Accuracy:
It is the responsibility of the customer to supply correct shipping information. Amzus disclaims all liability for any delays or problems resulting from customers providing inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Delays:
Although we make every effort to deliver items on schedule, unanticipated events like bad weather, natural disasters, or courier delays can cause delays in delivery. Amzus is not liable for any delays brought on by outside factors beyond our control.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Amzus takes pride in how quickly our orders ship, but we cannot guarantee that orders placed through our website will be able to be cancelled before they ship. So, please carefully review your order before submitting it to avoid the need for cancellation. However, if you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already been shipped, please refuse delivery, and we will issue a refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return arrives at our warehouse. Please keep in mind that, while we do offer free shipping, the customer is responsible for any actual shipping costs incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped.
* Please note that once an order has been shipped out or fulfilled with a tracking number, it cannot be canceled. You must wait for the package to reach your specified address before starting a return if you decide to cancel the order after it has been filled or shipped.
