Most items will ship within 1-3 days via FedEx, UPS, DHL. Estimated delivery within 3-8 business days, depending on the destination. US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.
International Shipping
We Do Not ship worldwide at this time.
Address Accuracy:
It is the responsibility of the customer to supply correct shipping information. Amzus disclaims all liability for any delays or problems resulting from customers providing inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Delays:
Although we make every effort to deliver items on schedule, unanticipated events like bad weather, natural disasters, or courier delays can cause delays in delivery. Amzus is not liable for any delays brought on by outside factors beyond our control.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Amzus takes pride in how quickly our orders ship, but we cannot guarantee that orders placed through our website will be able to be cancelled before they ship. So, please carefully review your order before submitting it to avoid the need for cancellation. However, if you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already been shipped, please refuse delivery, and we will issue a refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return arrives at our warehouse. Please keep in mind that, while we do offer free shipping, the customer is responsible for any actual shipping costs incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped.
- Please note that once an order has been shipped out or fulfilled with a tracking number, it cannot be canceled. You must wait for the package to reach your specified address before starting a return if you decide to cancel the order after it has been filled or shipped.
