Processing Time:
Orders submitted through the amzus website will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please be advised that the processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping Methods:

Shipping Time:
Standard US Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Address Accuracy:
It is the responsibility of the customer to supply correct shipping information. Amzus disclaims all liability for any delays or problems resulting from customers providing inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Delays:
Although we make every effort to deliver items on schedule, unanticipated events like bad weather, natural disasters, or courier delays can cause delays in delivery. Any delays resulting from outside sources outside of Amzus's control are not our responsibility.

Order Cancellation:
Please note that once an order has been shipped out or fulfilled with a tracking number, it cannot be canceled. You must wait for the package to reach your specified address before starting a return if you decide to cancel the order after it has been filled or shipped.
