Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will work to make it right — whether through a return, exchange, or refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Initiate a Return

From your account page (recommended): Log in, go to your order history, select the order, and follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Via contact form: Go to our contact page, select "Returns" from the dropdown, and submit your request.

All return requests must be approved. If approved, you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior approval and a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Due to hygiene reasons, items like bras, underwear, and swimwear are often labeled final sale. 
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the return. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us

  • Processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

  • Refund goes to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our mistake.


REFUSED DELIVERY

Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways). All reimbursements are done in the form of company credit which can be used towards new orders.
