Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Please obtain return authorization by contacting us and providing the following information: the nature of the problem, the customer name, and the item(s) to be returned, prior to returning a product, at returns@amzus.com Shortly after the return is received, a refund will be issued, minus any applicable return shipping costs.
Returns
Accepted Within 14 Days
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Products may be returned with prior authorization only (RMA)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same perfect condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags, packaging, and attachments (like dust bags). We cannot accept returns for used, worn, or damaged items.
Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free or promotional Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
Return Process
1. Start Your Return
Email us at returns@amzus.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Get Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Ship Your Return
You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service (FedEx, UPS, DHL) for your protection.
* Refunds will only be issued against items that are returned in their original condition. Send a return confirmation to sales@amzus.com including tracking number once the item(s) is shipped
4. Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent. Please note, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at sales@amzus.com to arrange an exchange.

REFUSED DELIVERY
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways). All reimbursements are done in the form of company credit which can be used towards new orders.
Damages & Exceptions
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@amzus.com so we can resolve the issue for you.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Important Note
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet the above conditions. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
